Sellopia Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Acceptance and who may use the service
These terms govern your use of Sellopia (the "service"), provided by Utopia Group ApS (CVR 45886808), Wilkensvej 32, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark ("Sellopia", "we", "us"). By signing up for, connecting to or using the service, you agree to these terms.
We sell to businesses only. You sign up with a work e-mail address; public e-mail domains are blocked at sign-up. If you use the service on behalf of your organisation (the "customer"), you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it. You must be at least 16 years old.
2. The service
The service consists of:
- The connector for AI apps (an MCP server at
https://mcp.sellopia.ai). It gives an AI app you choose, such as Claude or ChatGPT, 22 tools for market data, calculations on it and, from Pro, written negotiation briefs. All tools are read-only towards your systems: the connector writes nothing into them. - The training platform on the web and on iPhone (the Academy), where you upload documents and practise negotiations in voice and text sessions with coach notes.
- Billing and the sellopia.ai website.
The AI app is a third-party product operated by its own provider under its own terms. We do not control it and are not responsible for how it works, what it does with tool results, or what it tells you.
3. Accounts and access
You sign in with Google, Microsoft, or a work e-mail and password. You connect the connector to your AI app by signing in with your Sellopia account and approving the connection. Paying for a plan requires a signed-in account.
Keep your sign-in credentials safe and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and the AI apps you connect to it. Tell us at info@sellopia.ai straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.
We may suspend or restrict access, with notice where practical, if we reasonably believe an account is being used in breach of these terms, is compromised, or puts the service or other customers at risk.
4. Plans and prices
Prices are in euros, excluding VAT. Allowances are per person a month. The current plans are shown on our pricing page:
| Plan | Monthly, per person | Yearly | Tool calls a month | Negotiations prepared a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | €0 | — | 100 | — |
| Pro | €6.50 | €65 for one person; €78 per seat for teams | 1,000 | About 4 |
| Academy | €27 | €270 for one person; €324 per seat for teams | 3,000 | About 14 |
| Enterprise | By contract | By contract | By contract | By contract |
- There is no seat minimum.
- From 2 seats, your organisation gets one company bill, an admin and an allowance shared by its seats.
- From 3 Academy seats, one manager seat is free. The manager seat does not include practice sessions.
- Yearly team bonus: with 2 to 4 seats, you get a 13th month; with 5 or more seats, one seat is free for the first year.
- Extra negotiations cost €1.50 each.
When you reach your allowance, the service tells you; tool calls over the allowance are refused until the next period. Rate limits also apply.
5. Free trial
Pro free trial. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed. The trial includes one complete negotiation preparation. You get it once per person and once per company. If the trial ends and you have not paid, your account becomes Free.
Because we sell to businesses only, there is no consumer right of withdrawal.
6. Payment, renewal and cancellation
You pay by card on our payment page. We never store your card details. Enterprise customers may pay by invoice.
Plans renew automatically every month or every year, as you chose, until you cancel. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then.
We do not give refunds, except where the law requires it.
We may change prices with 30 days' notice. A yearly period that has already started keeps its price until it ends.
7. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not help anyone else to:
- scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract data from the service beyond your plan's limits;
- resell, sublicense or otherwise make the data available to third parties, except as section 8 allows;
- reverse engineer, decompile or try to derive the source code or underlying datasets of the service, except where the law expressly allows it;
- circumvent quotas, rate limits, trials, authentication or other security or usage controls;
- upload content you have no right to use;
- interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- use the service for anything unlawful, or in breach of anyone else's rights.
8. Market data and licences
The market data comes from third-party and public sources, each under its own licence. Each figure the service returns is shown with its source, date, source type and licence.
You may use the data within your organisation for its internal business purposes. When you share a figure, you must pass on its source and date, and follow the terms of its licence. You must not redistribute the data beyond what its licence allows. Some licences may require attribution or restrict commercial reuse; where a licence is stricter than these terms, the licence applies.
9. No financial or procurement advice
The service provides information and practice only. It is not financial, investment, legal, procurement or other professional advice, and nothing it returns, including briefs and coach notes, is a recommendation to buy, sell, sign or negotiate anything.
Market figures may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and sources may revise them. Briefs, role-plays and coach notes are written by AI models and may be wrong. AI apps may misunderstand, misstate or leave out parts of a tool's results. Check any figure against its stated source before you rely on it, and make your own decisions. You are responsible for the decisions you make using the service.
10. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the service, its software, and the data we compile and calculate, including all intellectual property rights in them. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your plan is active and these terms allow. Third-party data remains the property of its providers.
You keep your rights in the documents and other content you put into the service. You let us use that content to provide the service to you. You also let us use your saved tool results (connector requests and their results) to improve our products and train our models: on the Free plan always, as a condition of the plan; on paid plans only while your organisation has turned this on in its billing settings. We never use training-platform content to train AI models, and our AI model providers may not use any of your content to train theirs. When an account or organisation is deleted, we keep only an anonymised copy of the saved results we may use (see section 5 of the Privacy Policy).
If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
11. Privacy
Our Sellopia Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use the service. Our data processing agreement comes with every paid plan.
12. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee any level of uptime unless a separate written agreement with your organisation says so. We may add, change or discontinue tools, data sources or features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, savings, business, goodwill or data, however it arises;
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you or your organisation paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is higher.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Danish law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
15. Termination and deletion
You can stop using the service at any time: disconnect the connector in your AI app and cancel your plan (section 6). You can delete your account from the iPhone app or by e-mail to info@sellopia.ai. Your organisation can ask us to delete all of its data; we do so within 30 days, except invoices, which Danish accounting law requires us to keep for 5 years.
Your access also ends if your organisation removes your account, or if we suspend or end it for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including sections 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 17 and 18, continue to apply.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version at this address with a new "last updated" date, and tell account holders by e-mail about material changes before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the updated terms apply.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. The courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
18. Your organisation's agreement
If your organisation has a separate written agreement with us, such as an Enterprise contract, that agreement prevails over these terms where they differ.
